Together we will look at the importance of our well-being before, during, and after the holiday season. We will work to identify causes of stress and ways to manage it, along with exploring the meaning and purpose for our Holiday celebrations. Let’s not forget a list of “Do’s and Don'ts”. We will build a purposeful action plan for changing our mindset for healthy happy holiday experiences through planning and adjusting our thinking and expectations.
