All Levels Yoga takes students from movement to movement at a slower to moderate pace. This class is more physically demanding than Gentle Yoga, but allots more time to cueing and breaking down postures than Power Yoga. This relaxing and challenging workout is a combination of breathing, muscular strength and endurance, balance, coordination and other stress-management techniques.
Virtual Group Fitness classes are ONLY open to FAU Students -- this includes Boca, Davie & Jupiter campuses.
Each group fitness class requires pre-registration.
