Join a free Gentle Yoga Class every Tuesday at the College of Nursing building, Room 115.

Geared specifically for those new to yoga or interested in gentle practice, the classes incorporate simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower-paced movements focusing on alignments, strength, and balance. Open to all Florida Atlantic students, faculty and staff.
