Group Fitness Schedule Boca Raton campus.
This soothing, slow-paced, and a relaxing practice is beneficial for everyone, but especially for those who have any injuries, illnesses, or emotional/mental blockages. It is essentially a mix of Vinyasa Yoga (faster paced) and Restorative Yoga (all stretching; sitting or lying down). This class will include a combination of breathing techniques to center the mind and body, gentle standing postures, a slow-paced flow, and restorative/yin poses. (Class length: 50 & 60 minutes)
