 gs decades of entrepreneurial and academic expertise to this conversation. 
 He is the founder of The Yankee Group\, an INC 500-recognized technology re
 search firm that was later acquired by Reuters\, demonstrating his ability 
 to build and scale successful ventures. As co-founder of Battery Ventures\,
  he has been instrumental in raising 14 funds\, including a recent $3.5 bil
 lion fund\, giving him deep insights into what makes startups succeed and f
 ail.\n\n\nA former William Porter Distinguished Faculty member at MIT Sloan
