This high-intensity interval training class will combine short bursts of resistance and endurance training to keep your heart rate elevated while giving you a full body strength workout at the same time. This class will help you get the most out of your workout by including multi-joint exercises for an effective, challenging, and FUN strength and cardio workout! (Class length: 30 minutes)
