Orientation Sign-In: 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM 

Please arrive early for sign-in. Late entry will not be permitted. 

Immigration Orientation: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

This mandatory session is required by federal regulation. Learn important information about your immigration responsibility as an F/J student, how to mantain legal status, understand F/J student benefits, and explore tips for engaging in campus life. 

Lunch Break: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

Lunch is not provided. Students may bring their own lunch or purchase meals at the Breezeway Food Court. This is also a great opportunity to connect with fellow students and our Global Ambassadors. 

Resources Fair: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM 

Connect with campus departments, student support services, and community resources. Ask questions, gather helpful materials, and meet representatives. Students who submitted the Owl Card form in advance may also pick up their Owl Card at this time. 

Student Sucess Orientation: 2:15 PM - 4:15 PM 

Gain essential tools for a successful start at Florida Atlantic in this session covering wellness, academics, and career planning. Learn how to navigate your health insurance and discover key support services such as Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), University Advising Services, the Center for Learning and Student Success (CLASS), and the Career Center. 

Don't forget that Immigration Orientation is an in-person informational session to learn about F1 regulations and requirements. Students must attend the orientation to learn how to maintain F-1 status.
