In this immersive summer cooking experience, we’ll explore how food, flavor, texture, and ritual influence the nervous system, mood, digestion, and stress resilience. This class blends integrative nutrition with sensory eating practices and functional ingredients designed to nourish both body and mind. Together, we’ll discuss the connection between blood sugar, cortisol, neurotransmitters, mineral balance, digestion, and the calming power of intentional nourishment.
This is about creating meals and rituals that help the body feel safe, grounded, hydrated, and supported during the stress and stimulation of everyday life.
