In many respects, Adele, Barney, Eric, Ernie, Frank, Judy, Magda, Rodi, and Ruth had little in common. They were born in various European countries and hailed from different family backgrounds. However, they were all Jewish children who endured the Holocaust, each finding their own path to survival—whether by hiding among non-Jews or enduring the atrocities of a concentration camp. Their remarkable resilience shines through as they share their childhood stories and recount how they rebuilt their lives after World War II. Additionally, they reflect on the guiding principles that shaped them and express their hopes for the future.
