Nursing scholarship recipients will be recognized on Wednesday, September 20th, as they will receive the prestigious Kay Carpenter pin, symbolizing the values of "Honor, Reciprocity, and Joy".  Founders, Kay Carpenter and B.G. Carter, created this scholarship fund to become a never-ending cycle of philanthropy, as past scholarship recipients are encouraged to give back to the fund once they graduate to support current students. Retired nurses will proudly present these meaningful pins to the scholarship recipients during the ceremony that will be held in the college's atrium from 1:00pm - 3:00 p.m.
