What is Let's Talk?

Let's Talk is a program that provides easy access to brief informal consultations with providers from FAU Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), who will offer support, perspective, and suggestions for resources. Visits usually last 15-20 minutes.

This is a free drop-in service. Students are seen on a first-come, first-served basis and are encouraged to talk about whatever is important to them.
