Guided by our knowledgeable coaches, sessions take place in a supportive, inclusive environment where all experience levels can thrive. You’ll use expanded training templates that help you track performance trends, experiment with exercise variations, and adjust training loads as you grow. Throughout the program, you’ll learn how to apply progressive overload, improve movement efficiency, and structure more intentional full-body workouts using a range of resistance training methods. Expect to sharpen your technique, build strength with purpose, and deepen your confidence under the bar. Whether you’re stepping up from Lifting 101 or joining as a newer lifter eager to learn, this course will meet you where you’re at—and help you level up.
