Summer places unique demands on the body — from heat and dehydration to inflammation, digestive changes, disrupted routines, and nervous system overload. In this seasonal integrative cooking class, we’ll explore how cooling foods, hydration practices, herbs, and simple summer meals can help restore balance and support overall well-being during the hottest months of the year.


This class focuses on nourishment that feels light, refreshing, grounding, and restorative while emphasizing the importance of slowing down, replenishing minerals, and eating with the season.
