November is National Men’s Health Awareness Month. This month is about encouraging and educating men to take care of their bodies by eating right, exercising, managing stress, and working to prevent disease.

This Men’s Health Month workshop aims to heighten awareness of preventable health problems and encourage early detection and treatment of diseases, including cancer, heart disease, and depression.
