Paris: The Unplanned and Planned Versions of a Great City

Venture to Paris’ oldest neighborhoods and explore the “unplanned” scenes such as café life and sidewalk spectacles versus the “planned” architecture of the Latin Quarter, the Seine and the Champs Elysée. Dr. Hank Savitch will address the question of whether, how and why Paris is different from other great cities in this one-time lecture.
