Thank you I did get a email. They gave us a choice. I’m a snowbird so that worked for us. Follow the rules they suggest and stay well.
As of Friday March 13, 11:45am the concert is postponed to a later date.
Is there any information out there regarding whether or not they are cancelling this event? I called earlier this week and told it was still on then put on hold and never picked up again.
We’ve decided not to go for us and to protect our families.
It is unconscionable to invite people into Government buildings on Government property during a Global Pandemic when there are fewer answers than questions and the consensus of most involved in the entertainment business, whether sports or concert pianists, the show MUST NOT GO ON for the health and safety of the community...... I can see a great many hours billed to defense attorneys for the University and State of FL as the production company slips into Bankruptcy court to quickly exit the resulting disputes of life and death !
My understanding is that they will refund your ticket if you call.
I agree. Local concert venues (i.e. Kravis, FAU, Broward) show how little they value their older patrons. If they do not cancel these shows, we should boycott them next year.
This event should be cancelled because of the coronavirus. Too many over 70
Let the elderly refund their tickets
It is wrong to have this event at this time
