Pulitzer Prize-winning author Jennifer Egan will speak on Wednesday, Oct. 30 at 3 p.m. at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) in Jupiter. Egan's talk, Making Fiction Out of Instincts, Hunches and Glaring Mistakes, is part of the annual Starry Nights Author Series, presented by the Harriet L. Wilkes Honors College. Egan has authored numerous novels, including New York Times best-seller "Manhattan Beach," which was awarded the 2018 Andrew Carnegie Medal for Excellence in Fiction, and a "Visit from the Goon Squad,"winner of the 2011 Pulitzer Prize. Attendance is $20 for OLLI members and $25 for non-members.
