High-energy, indoor cycling will challenge your ideas about cardio, offering an enjoyable, music-based class that is fun for all levels! Through a mix of interval training, climbs, endurance rides and sprints, you’ll be sure to work up a sweat as you pedal along to the beat. Training on a bike makes this workout low-impact on the joints, but plenty challenging. Make this class as intense as you wish—it is YOUR ride!
