Join us for this free 12 week series, lead by Nick Kusturic, Lic. Ap, Certified Tai-Chi & Qi-Gong Instructor
March 28 In-person @ MIIH Registration is required and participation in the entire series is highly encouraged.
Tai chi is a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. Tai chi is sometimes described as meditation in motion because it promotes serenity through gentle movements — connecting the mind and body.
Qi Gong involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being. Classes will be every Tuesday, 5:30-6:30pm Jan 10-
