This interactive workshop will introduce current and prospective VIP team advisors to the fundamentals of the Vertically Integrated Projects (VIP) model, including its philosophy, expectations, and approaches for cultivating professional skills in students. Participants will explore best practices for leading cross-disciplinary, multi-semester teams; strategies for tracking leadership and skill development; and effective documentation and grading methods. The session will also highlight available resources, including grading tools and VIP Consortium connections, and provide space to share insights on what makes VIP teams thrive.
