The faculty on this panel will use literature and visual arts to discuss some of the Caribbean’s current issues. This panel will be part of the Study of the Americas Initiative, during which there will be several events, including “Decolonizing Refinement,” an exhibition of Edouard Duval-Carrie’s multimedia arts alongside artifacts from the local area that he uses to build upon his artistic statements.
