The moving in itself went very smoothly. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the lack of excitement from the students at the desk. They were huddled together talking casually, many were on their phones and texting, OwlCards were not working to let new students into the building. The students that were huddled at the desk, some of them could have been stationed at the doors opening them and greeting families. No one greeted us and the only one who said hello was the girl that checked us in. It would have been nice if their was enthusiasm to welcome students and families. Most of them seemed like they did not even want to be there. Also, there should be an effort to have more carts for heavy items. We had to wait 2 hours before a cart was available. Many families just grabbed them as they were being returned instead of being put on the list and waiting their turn. Other than that the process was fine and smooth. My daughter is very happy.

Great space and helpful, friendly staff!

It was a really fun experience! Having the goats hop on your back was really interesting and brought a smile to my face. I would definitely recommend trying it out and I would definitely do it again!
